2. How we use your personal information
In order to complete a reservation and booking, ALPINRESORTS.com requires the following personal information: first name, last name, e-mail address, country of origin, and payment details such as credit card information and/or bank account information. To process credit card and bank account information, ALPINRESORTS.com uses an encrypted "SSL" (Secure Socket Layer) connection, which establishes a secure connection between your Internet browser and the ALPINRESORTS.com reservation system.
Once your reservation is successfully completed, ALPINRESORTS.com’s Promotion Code Programme will use your first name, last name, and e-mail address. The Promotion Code Programme allows ALPINRESORTS.com users to obtain discounts through promotion codes (vouchers). Registered users have the choice to unsubscribe from the Promotion Code Programme with only one click.

3. Forwarding personal customer information to service providers in order to complete reservations
The following personal information will be forwarded to finalise reservations with service providers (ski rental dealers, ski schools, Aprés-Ski bars, etc.): first name, last name, country of origin. Service providers require this personal information to ensure that the booked products are delivered to the individual booking them and/or to identify you, the customer.

To ensure the proper handling of payments, ALPINRESORTS.com works closely with SIX Group, a successful company operating internationally and in Slowakije. As part of this cooperation, ALPINRESORTS.com transfers credit card and/or other payment information to SIX Group through an encrypted SSL connection. In turn, SIX Group assumes any remaining financial settlement with specific credit card, online payment, or banking institutions. In SIX Group, ALPINRESORTS.com has a strong partner with more than 30 years experience in cash-less money transactions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to privacy on ALPINRESORTS.com can only be heard in the courts of Slowakije and is subject to and governed exclusively by the laws of Slowakije. ALPINRESORTS.com expressly excludes and rejects any warranty or indemnification that goes beyond the reservation made through its website.

9. Language of Negotiations and Legal Proceedings
Any legal proceedings and/or negotiations relating to these Privacy Terms & Conditions must be in German. Any translation or interpretation into another language supplied is for reference and ease of communication with our customers only. The legal and binding version of these Privacy Terms & Conditions is in German.

10. Severability
The validity and applicability of this agreement and its terms and conditions will not be affected if the contract is deemed as vague or incomplete nor will the rest of the Terms and Conditions be affected. Any changes or modifications to the terms and conditions for the reasons herein stated shall be made to as closely meet their intended purpose.
