About Gourette
Located in the French Pyrenees in the commune Eaux-Bonnes Gourette is one of the biggest skiing areas in the Pyrenees. It offers 22 slopes with different severities on 1400 to 2400 meters height that have been completely newly-arranged in the years 2004 and 2005.

After skiing, Gourette provides recovery with its Thermal Spa Center including sauna, whirlpool and massages. It also offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

In Oloron-Sainte-Marie, the biggest city in the arrondissements Orloron, you can visit the restored Romanic church Saint-Marie that was built around 1100 and the Romanic church Saint-Croix from 1080. For nature lovers the Parc Pommé covers over 400 different forest species.
